Fantastic fish tacos and Marlin con queso tacos!! Recommend if you're in Rosarito. Just south of the main town, on the right, after the big "Energy" gas station if you're driving out. Blue and white building. Edit: One year later and we're back for more fish tacos, possibly the best in Rosarito!
